Restoran Nasi Kandar Subidah (M) Sdn. Bhd, brand name as [Subaidah] started its first flags­hip outlet in Bagan Ajam, Butterworth (mainland, Penang) in the year 1998 with an investment of RM30,000.

Prior to this, the Managing Director Haji Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Razak had accumulated more than 19 years of experience in the various aspects of this Nasi Kandar food industry.From this humble beginning the Subaidah chain of Nasi Kandar Restaurants has grown to total 12 branches in number.

Subaidah over the years, did not merely grow in size but has also grown in sophistication and modernized from the way it has used modern engineering and re-inventing tools in management and work processes.

It can be safely said that Subaidah is the first Nasi Kandar outlet to provide good work study methods, innovative management techniques and motivational approaches in the training of its staff wherein quick response, good mannerisms and service with a smile have been the service standards in Subaidah outlets.

Having set the basic benchmark standards in its operational, food quality, premises comfort & cleanliness and customer service aspects Subaidah opened the futuristic model Sungai Petani Branch in Kedah which is running successfully now as strategised.

Based on this successful foray in its sixth outlet in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Subaidah is opening its new outlets along these same set standards. With this systematic, steady approach the Subaidah Nasi Kandar brand has emerged successfully in the Northern region of Malaysia.
